Once they arrived, Dave was so calm and collected that he eased my fears around the water heater being “unfixable” prior to even looking at it. In less than 5 minutes, he found the issue and it was back up and working like nothing ever happened! I expressed my concerns about the last plumbers finding and Dave then showed me what he had found and how he fixed it. It was something super easy that made me feel so upset because I felt like I was being scammed from the previous plumber. I called these folks at 9:45 am for an estimate to replace a 40 gallon electric water heater. By 10:10 am I had a written estimate and at 3:30 pm the same day, the job was completed. Way less expensive than Lowes, Home Depot, Master Craft Plumbing and David Gray Plumbing, and also way faster. The work was perfect, old tank hauled away, nice looking van, friendly professional tech in company clothing. THIS IS THE WAY IT SHOULD WORK WITH ALL OF THE TRADES, but sadly, this is the rare exception. Highly recommended, 110% satisfied, will use them again.
